Started this actually August 1st (didn’t know this site existed).
4X a week would mean about 16X a month. So far for August I have 11 classes complete.
How I did it: i've been practicing bikram yoga since March 2006. i was starting to get kind of bored. my body was becoming too familiar with the poses and it was a little too predictable.
this year, my local bikram studio started offering an advanced flow class. they've only done about one a week so far. i signed up to be on the mailing list. i intended to go 2 weeks ago, but got snowed in. i finally made it this morning.
Lessons & tips: definitely not what i expected. i thought we'd do variations of the same 26 postures, but it's an entirely different set of postures. it was basically an advanced flow yoga class in a heated room-not necessarily advanced bikram yoga as we may perceive it.
