start a music festival

do i need permits if it is private property? where can i rent a stage locally… i live in arkansas and i want to have a music festival this summer call “Peaceful Awareness”. this festival would feature local bands and artists as well as some fairly well known. this festival is to make people aware of different aspects of the government. i love naomi wolfe and i want to share her message along with others like it. i also want to have a question segment in the festival where people can ask questions to some qualified speakers about our economy and government. this is our time …why dont we celebrate it and learn at the same time. help me do this please. what a great way to learn about our future as well as our present state of living. any comments please email me or message..thank you

The concept is to raise music/arts awareness of the NJ shore area. Hopefully weekend – week long event bringing outsiders to Highlands and creating more business.

We live on a big farm, not owned by us….we want a music festy there!!! local blue grass jam band type thing…summer time, sunsets, lights, B.Y.O.B…...oh the magical times all our soul sistas and bruthas would have!

but how do we do it?
we need the towns premission, and our neighbors…that could be hard…
