I went to Wimbledon yesterday and it was definitely worth doing. I camped out all night and managed to get tickets for Centre Court. The chance to see Roger Federer, Ana Ivanovic and Novak Djokovic at close range was a great experience. Our seats were so close to the court we could even see the players’ muscles tensing, a level of detail you certainly don’t get from watching it on television.
Camping with thousands of other tennis fans made the day extra special. They changed where people queue this year as well, instead of having to camp next to a busy road, we were allowed to go in the park which certainly made things a little less noisy.
It was such a great experience, in fact, that I plan to go for many years to come!

There’s just nothing much to say in attending this classy tournament to see the best tennis.
(Even if it isn’t classy, It just seems classy in its own right ;-))
I want better seating than what’s pictured.

Went and watched the Davis Cup in court 1, so not strictly the wimbledon championship but close! Gotta see Tim off in person which was amazing, and had a sit on Henman Hill.
Would advise anyone to bring their own food and drink, Pimms is £6!

i’ve done this.. its quite easy really.. you get on the District line tube (green line) and follow it til the end of the line.. then you are in Wimbledon !
I’m being flippant..sorry.. for the Tennis you have to get off two stops beforehand in Southfields LOL
One day i’d love to go see a tennis match there.. no particular rush..
