Athletes wanting to increase vertical leap need to get themselves on a good program! There are hundreds out there, and most of them are dodgy and even cause injuries apperently. I got my program ‘vertical project’ a few months back, and now i’m up 8” with no signs of gains slowing down :) 6 years ago

My vert is at 30 inches. Im 5’10” and I want to dunk. Im so close, I can taste it. I need 4 more inches to dunk, and 9 more or so to THROW DOWN!! lol. 6 years ago

Okay, I’m not a basketball player, but I do martial arts (Savate style) and my inability to fight gravity is preventing me from doing a lot of the more advanced moves. Not that I will ever be competitive in this sport, I do it for fitness and to meet friends, but geez, why are my feet just glued to the ground? Not that big of a deal, most of the jumping kicks (especially jumping/spinning) you’d never do in a real fight, but you have to admit they look cool. 7 years ago
