I want to be able to speak arabic fluently because I want to work for a government organization and help them in translation should i buy rosetta stone?

I started to learn, and I can get by with greetings, but other than that, I’m lost. My reading is horrendous. :( But hopefully I’ll get better!

Right now I need to focus on improving my Arabic. Of course, I would love to be able to speak fluently, but I’ve got to start with basics first. Removing because its neither specific nor achievable right now.
