live abroad for some time

Living abroad, like traveling in general is awesome. It’s a life changing experience really worth doing. You get know other people and other cultures – but that you already knew.

What I think is quite revealling is that when you are abroad for a relatively short period of time, or at least that you know will be a limited period of time, you really learn what is essenciail in material terms. You can’t really afford to gather clutter or superficial stuff, because the baggage in the airplane is limited. You also have the perfect chance to realize what is and what’s not truly important to you.

It’s a real break in the evryday rouytine that let’s you know how you actually want to live your life.

It can change you and the way you perspective your life and your mission in it.

It always seemed like there was never a “good” time to do it, but I just decided that living abroad would always be interrupting whatever life I had going on in the U. S. I’m so glad I did. It completely changed the course of my life.

I’m living in Valencia and I will be here until July. Not very far away and not for a very long time, but… I’m doing it

I got accepted in the European Master in Work, Organizations and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P) Erasmus Mundus. I’ll be living in Valencia, Spain from March to July 2007. Hurray!

I hope I get in! :)
