I just want to wake up at 6 every morning.
randysable is being more responsible.
6:00 am is going to be the base. If I go it the trail on bike or foot it’s probably going to be at least a half hour earlier.
But in the mean time, I’ve got a total of four alarms set (with one in the bathroom), my clothes next to the sink, and I just finished a pint of water for some extra morning motivation.

i can take a shower, make a healthy breakfast, plan my day so yoga and stretching very good now just the waking up part….
