Just got back from the gym.
I was only there for 1 – 1.5 hours.
This time I added some weights to my routine!

I just got back from a two hour workout session at the gym.
I first warmed on the bike machine.
Then I went on an elliptical machine [my favorite!] for 45 minutes!
After that I walked a couple laps around the track & then I worked on stretching & my abs.
After that I did a few more laps & then 20ish more minutes on the bike.
Well, I’m off to the gym now.
I’ll probably be there for twoish hours.
Now, if I could only do this more often.
Here is me hoping for the best!!
so its been going pretty good for the past week. a few days ago i started getting a cold and yesterday i was feeling miserable (i was perhaps exaggerating a bit) so i went to buy myself some medicine so i would feel better. well while i was out i caved and bought some junk and ate it all at home. i noticed something pepsi is nasty!
i haven’t had pepsi in like 2 weeks and have only been drinking water and now i find pepsi way too sweet and as such a bitter taste to it. i also did something that made me proud of myself too, when i finished work (i work in a convenience store so I’m surrounded by the stuff all day) i almost did the same thing again, but put my foot down and put all the stuff back and said that i wasn’t going to lose all the hard work that i had already achieved!
so now I’m committing to more exercise (which makes me feel better about myself) so that i don’t succumb to the evil junk food again!
so I’ve tried and had many set backs but now i am changing my life for sure. i realize that its not a diet i need but a change of lifestyle. i cant wait to start seeing serious results. once i have my eating under complete control im going to move onto starting a workout regime

also im cutting out butter- i cna only eat marg and in small amounts
i will only drink water- other than at social events- where i can drink alcohol but i MUST work out harder afterwards
no chocolate
limit the crisps!
no bread and butter snacks!!!

ok so i did davina mcalls workout today
i officially am SO UNFIT!
im thinking im gonna need to do it everyday- and run across field in order to stay slim. FML
Haven’t wrote in a while and I realized that I have written so many entries. I am going to back to counting calories. I am still hovering at 188 to 196-ish. I am still a vegetarian but I might convert back to veganism. I am not sure but we will see. I am starting to regress back to my old habits and need something to keep me in line.
Sara is liking herself more.
I’ve been hovering with the same 5 pounds the past month. I’m ok with it but I really need to just get my act together.
I saw my doctor today and she recommends that I only lost 20 pounds more but I really want to lose 30.
