Haven’t wrote in a while and I realized that I have written so many entries. I am going to back to counting calories. I am still hovering at 188 to 196-ish. I am still a vegetarian but I might convert back to veganism. I am not sure but we will see. I am starting to regress back to my old habits and need something to keep me in line.

I’ve been hovering with the same 5 pounds the past month. I’m ok with it but I really need to just get my act together.
I saw my doctor today and she recommends that I only lost 20 pounds more but I really want to lose 30.
I need to lose weight. I lose 3 stone about 6 months ago but over the last 2 months with a horiable brake up from my boyfriend and a tramatic miscarriage i have put it all back on. I am started to get streght marks which is really freaking me out. Before to loose the weight i starved myself totally for 2 weeks which made me very very ill. But this time i want to loose the weight in a more substainable way which i could keep off. I really want to losse 3 dress sizes but am just looking for advice on how to do that.
i’m down nearly 10 kg, so pleased with myself and wearing loads of old favourite clothes that i never thought i’d get into again :) don’t know where the motivation came from this time, just got into the right mindset…
My problem was Coca Cola and being lazy. I lost the weight by drinking more water and walking a lot. I dropped 4 dress sizes but then I piled the weight back on. Admittingly I didn’t do it all the best way, I did starve myself a bit which I really regret. But one trip to italy and I got lazy again
I want to loose the weight and keep it off. I’m giving up Coca Cola. One of the things I think lead to my boyfriend dumping me was because he was constantly complaining I wasn’t looking after myself. He wants to be a Royal Marine Comando and goes to gym and boxing 5 times a week. He’d go more if there was more time in the week to do so. So I’ve decided that I want to make myself a better time. I’m going to have more money and more time. So I want to start saving and eventually start going to gym once I get my money sorted. I’m a weekend barmaid so I don’t earn much at the moment but I’ve started having interviews for an apprenticeship where I’ll be getting 80 pounds a week, and later on 180+. I’m going to stop drinking cola and go back to flavoured water and eventually onto plain tap water. And I want to loose the weight and be a better me.
Hopefully I can bump into my now ex boyfriend and thank him for dumping me. I’m not gonna let 2 and ahalf years of my life mean nothing. If I can be a better person for all of this then great
Well my treadmill arrived today so I am looking forward to putting some real effort into this goal.

and I am down 17 pounds now. My goal this week is to attempt to stay under my max. calorie count by 100 calories.

I have kept off those 10 pounds since I lost them!
I didn’t realize that til looking at this goal just now. I have been so worried about continuing to lose, I neglected to recognize this accomplishment.
So, yeah I haven’t lost anything lately, but I think it’s really something to not have gained at all in two whole months! I wonder if the Yaz has been helping. I have been taking it for a little over 2 mos now that I think of it. Nah, I think I’ll just take all the credit. haha.
I am getting married in may 2009 which is pretty good motivation in my book. (Every time I reach for chocolate my sparkly finger tells me off and I put it down). I am aiming to lose one and a half pounds a week which will get me to my desired weight in November. I will then have six months to maintain my weight and tone up so I look as good as I can in my frock. I managed 4lbs this week so feel like I am off the starting blocks.
