I’m hoping for a 72-hour period of fasting and meditation. I’ve noticed I have a lot of strange and clear thoughts after a long day and no sleep; four o’ clock in the morning seems best. My thought is that, after three days—well, I’m sure most of the thinking will be senseless, but there will be something there.
As for the fasting, it isn’t a big deal for me. I’ve got something of an eating problem, where I forget to eat. This is mostly to help pull myself out of bad habits involving caffeine and sugar. I’ll be drinking a lot of water and maybe some juice; I have been taking vitamins, so I might allow myself to eat some small, dried food so I can continue that (bad to take on an empty stomach). 18 months ago
