I started~ 12 months ago

Okay, I started two weeks ago to go jogging almost every day. I always thought I wouldn’t be able to manage it, but it was easier than I thought.
And I have to admit, it is a great feeling everytime I come home, exhausted an thirsty I feel better than before!!

Positive side effect: I already lost 8.8 lb weight :D
