Not using the suphera very often (not much time on my hands at the moment). I have, however, invested in new regular face stuff, and bought into advertising. Yes, I did.
The two bioré products for two weeks thing. Nothing’s gotten much worse, so I guess they’re working…

Got Suphera! It’ll definitely help with the redness and scars I think, and since it’s new, and not expired, it’ll be even better than what it was before :-)

To prevent having acnes, not only you must wash yor face and drink water, but to keep your hair clean. If your hair is oily and you let it get all dirty, all of that oil and dirt rubs off on your face, causing the acnes to get worse. If you have bangs, try to wash it frequently. If you use styling gel, mousse, or hair spray, rinse it off of your hair every night before you go to bed.

For those who have serious case of acne, go to the dermatologist. Most dermatologist would recommend Retin-A, commonly used for people with bad acne cases. Retin-A is a vitamin A derivatice (meaning: obtain something from another source) that is very effective of treating acne. It must be prescribed by a dermatologist.
People want to conceal their acnes with make-ups. Try to choose make-ups that are noncomedogenic or nonacnegenic, meaning not to clog the pores. If you’re buying or using powder or any other make-ups, try to let the make-ups be oil-free because oil-free make-ups won’t clog your pores.

ok I have a major problem-well it might not seem “major” 2 u but I have about 7 little pimples on my face-I counted them. I really want 2 just make them disappear and never come back-I won’t miss them!Anyways,I use a whole bunch of acne creams and treatments but nothing works. I am so tired of how in commercials they make it seem like in just 3 days your acne will magically disappear when it actually just makes your face worse and all dryed up! Like that one cream Clean and Clear-I bought it and my face was peeling so bad I was embarrased to go out even to school! So I’m wishing 4 clear face-do u have any tips! Thats my story-lol!
