eating less actually makes you gain more weight because it puts your body in a starvation mode. if you eat more (just healthy things) your metabolism will speed up and weight will fall off your body. trust me- 5 years ago

so i made it for like a day! and then it went back up to 121.5 which is where im at now! so yay! i think once i reach my goal and keep it there for a while i might move it down a bit. who knows though. 5 years ago
i’ve had this as my goal for a long time, but never really tried, but now i have a reason. im going to new orleans later in october, and i want to look fantastic. so this goal is going to help me get into gear.
plus i really dont want to quit smoking.

lunch—cheese and lettuce and mustard sandwich. yum!
dinner—chef salad with ranch and 2 crackers
and then i blow it all with
a york peppermint patty and a baby marshmallow sundae.
way to f’in go.
drinks—coffee, lemonade, water, cranberry juice.
so overall, not too shabby, but i have to have to have to stop eating junk food. period. 5 years ago
first day. here’s the line-up
breakfast-oversized bowl of raisin bran.
lunch-4 chicken strips, onion rings, and toast.
snack-vanilla ice cream with marshmallow topping…oops
dinner-1 piece of supreme pizza.
drinks—coffee, tea, 1 can of mountain dew.

I remember when i could fit into size zeros…and thats not what i want but i do want to be thin enough to fit into like 2s @ the lowest…i’ve tried diet pills, fasting, pukeing, and not that those are healthy but i can never stick with anything..and now its summer and i dont even feel comfortable in a swim suit…i mean i’ve lost 15 lbs scince thanksgiving but thats still not enough…...i’ll check back in tomarrow…but right now i weigh about 145lbs…so far today i’ve ate an apple, some bannana chips, and some 1% milk…and i orderd a ham sub for lunch, but i think i’m only gonna eat half…i just have to learn how to pace myself and i think i should be fine…wish me LUCK…6 years ago
