How I did it: I was at this skate park and noone was there caue it was raining heavily so I kicked off my shoes and did some stuff, slid down bowls and ran out, slid on th wet pipes, and did jump tricks on the half pipes. fun, good workout

I’ve been running around climbing houses and store rooftops, jumping things, backflipping off alot of stuff…. very exciting
Saw a program on free running. It looked very exciting and also a great way to keep fit. So got myself a pair of kickin trainners and a pair of baggy sports pants.. and started to work on upper body strenth and leg build. so I was ready to start. If your not to clear on what free running is think of it as using you local surondings as a sort of gymnasium. swing from lamp post. jumping gaps hand plant post boxs ect… so there I am ready to start! so I spot a perfect jump where I have to use my hands to clear a wall and slid through a gap of about 12 inchs…. built up my nerve and went for it… next thing I remember is wakin up to a granny leaning over me askin if I was ok. My answer ” i ment to do that” went home and put the baggy pants in the bin!!! moral: dont run before you can walk!
