First of all, I need to learn how to avoid seasickness. Or maybe the secret is learning to sail first and being so distracted by what you’re doing that you no longer feel like you are about to die most of the time?

Learned several years ago in Sausalito. Now sailing in the Philippines. I love sailing it’s one sport which can be either calm and relaxing or a super adrenaline rush. You can do it solo or with your friends. There’s no upper limit to this sport.

Its more fun to be on the boat if I know how to sail. I need to get up and do it instead of lying in the sun!
