- Visit the desert city “Yazd”!!!

...has intrigued me from photos and the sound of the name itself. I find it musical.

I have been visting Iran for every summer since I was 7 years old. For the past few years, I’ve been travelling without my parents and just with my sister and brother. It is definetely worth visiting. Although I have not been to any remarkable cities, such as Esfahan, I have been to Tehran, Mashhad, Shomal and Neishabour. I am happy to say that my best experiences and memories are in and of Iran.

I was in Istanbul and while there I was invited by an Iranian woman (a fellow traveler like me) to Iran. That was in May 2007 and a year later I found myself in Isfahan. I’m not a hardened traveler and also I didn’t organize anything so I thought I’d just go with the flow. Yeah well you can do that in Iran as people will help you and even invite you to there homes. In fact it’s so personal that having lived (probably too long) in the UK the friendliness is disconcerting. I don’t know, there just wasn’t the time to get a grip on life in Iran let alone it’s history. I can see another trip but i’m not sure when as I left with my heart bruised and that takes time to recover from. In fact I was surprised at how upset I was on the plane going back, who’d have thought I’d be effected in this way? But then they say Iran is a country of tears.
So it made an impression on me like no other place but I’m over it and it’s time to move on, so where next?

Return to Iran
I lived in Iran with my family when I was 7-9 years of age. i want to see where I lived. I would really like to teach the gospel of Jesus Christ to the Iranian people, but I may have to wait until the church has legal recognition once again. Perhaps that will be during the millenium.

how Iranian President gets to not be on the no-fly list and Cat Stevens does.
Does Iran have a no-fly list that doesn’t have President Bush but has Bob Dylan on it?
Will I ever understand anything about current affairs?

(sorry, any non-french people, it’s the presidential debate)
I heard the word Iran and then suddenly it seemed like the guy with the thatch hair (is that PPDA?) asked about Africa.
I missed the first half so maybe they already did that, which is why it got curtailed. But I do think the President gets to decided exterior policy so I need to know what we’re really in for. Anyone?

I thought I had a problem with unnecessary deadlines.
