i ate a giant salad for dinner! and had about 2hrs worth of snowboarding during the day. yeop. today i have not done very much tho. had a great breakfast and salad wrap lunch tho. thats pretty good for me yeh? no activity yet..its still early tho!

went snowboarding for about and hour, had a great dinner lots of rice and veggies, stood like a fool for about 10 mins and made my legs sore! then i got drunk! which is not all that bad, its good to let go sometimes!

this has gone on for a very long long time! i think that im doing pretty ok with it, only to make it happen im goping to put a time limimt on it. ive got ONE MONTH to do one great thing for my body everyday – and log it i guess.. then i will review the goal and see how it went!

I think I eventually decided just one thing per day is not enough. Basically I walk more, sleep more, moisturise more, revise my diet and have put together a list of vitamins and supplements suitable for me. I do all of this each and every day. That’s Phase One. :-D

I found a nice gym near my new place, and I also wrangled a cool yoga buddy! I haven’t started going yet, but I’ll definitely get the ball rolling after I move into my new place.

I’ve been having a really hard time sleeping lately, so I want to start doing some light exercise in the evenings or maybe even take a yoga class. I just need to release my energy and relax.

i exercise regularly. my diet is primary composed of whole foods cooked at home. im relaxing more, and forgiving myself more.

i still have several bad habits, ill smoke a few cigarettes and have too many beers, and i dont go to bed early enough, but ive said this before, and ill say it again: i just dont let my bad habits keep me from maintaining my good habits.

i would like to continue working on eradicating the unhealthy habits, but i am happy that i have lot of good, healthy habits. being aware, and everyday consciously doing something that i know is good for me was th point of this goal for myself, and i believe i have accomplished that.

pretty steady 20 months ago

im back in exercising mode. im should the turn of the weather has something to do with that. and i also started taiji, so ive been doing that in the mornings and evenings. ive been eating well, cooking most of my own food. i think ive nearly fossilized thinking about my body was something to protect and restore by doing nice things to it and good things for it. ill give it three more weeks, as i should work more on getting more sleep, and drinking less beer.
