I read an article in a magazine at the doctor’s office on Monday, and I’ve had it in my mind ever since. It was about pole-dancing lessons, offered as a form of strength training. The idea has got me pretty intrigued… I mean, I don’t want to be a stripper or anything, but I think it would be sort of empowering for me, give me a more confidence in my adulthood. I think my boyfriend would dig it, too.
But that bothers me at the same time. I don’t want anyone, even my boyfriend, to start thinking of me as being easy or skanky because of it. Hmm.
