Be a woman of integrity

I think I am getting on top of this now. I am a nicer person most of the time, all I needed to do was to avoid situations and thoughts which turn me into Ms Hyde kind of woman. So that’s a step to some kind of nebulous integrity thing.

How can you ever know you when you have achieved this? For sure, a person of integrity would never say or think that they are a person of integrity. So this is a Thing which I can’t ever mark as done.

I think I know myself quite well, so I know the parts of my life in which I can say that I am a woman of integrity. I have another side of me where I can be pretty nasty, and I need to understand more what makes me that way.

For the record: alcohol can make me mean, but doesn’t always, and really vigorous physical activity (like working out or swimming hard) has the same affect. The alcohol I can understand, but why sports?

it deals with the little things that nobody knows..
doing the right thing when nobody is around or will ever know.

im going to start making a conscience effort to practice it in the little things of life. its got to start from the inside before i can truly be a woman of integrity that will be evident on the outside.

this goal is not clearly defined enough in my mind.
so id like your thoughts..

what does a woman of integrity look like?

It’s part of me now.

It seems every time I decide to stand by my integrity, I end up regreting it. However, I’m pretty sure my original decision is the best. I hope so, anyhow!

A woman of integrity to me is one who…
holds her head up high
admits mistakes
never speaks out of turn
knows what she wants and works hard to get it
is always honest
is never fake

I think it’s best to start with family on intergrity. They accept it more. I am trying learn kama but how can you have that without intergrity?

My grand-pa was so honest. He made me see that when you are true to yourself and others, you are greater than life itself.
He was a nice man who had five kids with his wife and never cheated. I want to be like that, and have a firm understanding of responsibility!

Being a person of integrity takes commitment and hard work. I want to be punctual for all meetings, appointments and even for work! I want to ensure I do the things I say I am going to do when I say I am going to do them.
