send christmas cards

better late then never… I was waiting on stamps

so i didnt do it. I might still send new years cards. I have them actually. I should buy cards for next year now when they are on sale and I can get them ready way ahead of time. I’ll keep this goal up because it is something that i want to do.

I need to hurry. I finally have everyone’s address but now I need to print the photos. I have GOT to figure out how to make the printer work using photo paper! Why doesn’t it want to work? I also need to go get some stamps, and more Christmas cards. I didn’t buy enough!

So far I’ve gotten one from our apartment leasing office, kinda nice, and one from my MIL with a family portrait, which was pretty cute too.

I am graduating form college in December and i want to start the tradition of sending cards so I can keep in contact with all the people I know I won’t get to see very often. I’m just trying to decide how to keep everyone’s information. How do you do it? In a spreadsheet, hard copy list, roladex, address book?

i actualy dont want to just send christmas cards, but it is a start.

i think letters are more personal than sms’s or emails and i looooooove recieving mail myself so why not show friends i appreciate them with i nice long letter just talking about anything.

so i’m going to dust of my grandmothers stamps and start writting

I guess this will go back on my list for next year. It was just too hectic for me to get them out! By the time I got all my final exams over with and all my shopping done the date had passed. Oh well… next year then.

They were sent out on Dec. 18! Whew.

Now I just have to wade through the line at the post office, because some of them need overseas postage and I have 4 packages to mail also.
