stop eating fastfood

reason:
it’s costly
a burger and small coke at BK cost be $6.30!
basically against it for cost reasons. other take away meals could cost $3!

excludes
- carl’s junior and the like
- cheap meals, e.g. 4.95 for an entire meal, $2 mc chickens
- when eating out with friends. only stopping it for quick take home dinners

target:
1 month and i consider this habit broken (20 Aug 08)

I work 2 jobs from 8am to 10pm mon-fri so im always at a desk.. we eat out everyday. ive gained 60 pounds since dec and it sucks! Ive tried bringing lunch but im to tired in the morning.. im also loosing money! Help :)

I will do this eventually…Its soo hard so it will be a huge accomplishment when I do have it completed
