I will do 50 sit-ups and 2 sets of 10 push-ups with a lap around the block and 100 jumping jacks every day so i can lose at least 2 pounds.

i’m so tired of looking at this on my list. almost as much as looking at my soft belly and twiggy arms. i’m going to try to do this every day for 30 days. maybe i should challenge myself…

Yeah, I just don’t want to do this anymore. I look at it and think, I have no desire to do this. If I want to lose weight I’ll do it another way that I enjoy.

did them even when i was sore from the gym (i took it easy on myself though). i’m on a good roll now. next mini-goal is to do this through the month of january.

amazing. i’m ready to focus on this. i will do these every, every day for this week. 50 sit ups and 25 push ups. if i can manage this for even two weeks i might up it to 75/35. that would be something. for now, one week.

Day 2 12 months ago

Done and done before breakfast (so dedicated I even forgot to check the election result, haha!) – feeling a bit stiff this morning from my ‘exertions’ yesterday, which just goes to show how out of condition I am. Anyway, I’m not going to comment every time I manage this goal, as I would get pretty tedious and annoying, but just wanted to put in a motivational word for everyone!

Did 2 sets of 20 for both sit-ups and (wimpy ladies’) press-ups: want to persevere more than I usually do, because I’m always so impatient about not seeing results! Am letting myself in gently on this one – I think if I leapt in with 100 a day each, I’d just get over-stretched and bored. Also looking for some other moves to help tone up, just a variation on the theme really, so that it doesn’t become too tedious, which is when the quitting normally sets in.

im 12 and i dont weigh that much i wanna start doing 20 pushups and 20 situps a day to gain some muscle

wow ill try to do this everyday as much as i can. ill start of with only 25. Im trying to get thinner befors school i hope this helps out. lol wish me luck
