This has been going well. I enact this goal mostly in situations where there is a discussion going on, one-on-one or group. Knowing that my point of view is unique to me, I relax and tune into and express my perspective as I am clear about it.

Feeling true to myself, I am less swayed to defer if others express another view, knowing that diversity is the way of things. I don’t have to be like another to avoid the feeling of conflict. Not that there is a sense of a battle, but peaceful difference in my heart. ...rather than just imbibing the ideas of the author, which often seems to feel like my truth, given the books I choose, I will deliberately consider that it is unlikely that the ideas are exactly aligned with mine and I will clarify my own truth.
