I have been doing this for just over 2 weeks. I feel great and I’m losing about a half a pound a day. So far its improving all aspects of my heath. I recommend it. As a result of this I’m eating practically vegan which I could never do long term but its an interesting experience.

So I’m actually not too sure where this should go, but I just popped a bottle of Boylan’s cola from Hennesy’s next door. I havn’t had to many sodas as of lately since they are full of high fructose corn syrup etc etc, but I needed a caffeen fix and I didn’t want to push the coffee. Their Sugar Cane Cola is pretty darn tastey and doesn’t leave a nasty feel in your mouth. Its not as sharp as a standard cola taste and less sugary? (I just made that up) try it out.
Well this ones not going so well… seeing as I’m currently snacking on a tube of planters honey roasted peanuts… pretty darn sure there is some sort of processing going on in the honey rosting part of a peanuts life.
Anyways, a good thing to help is shopping at whole foods, most of their packaged goods are low processed and none of them contian partially hydrogenated oils.
