open my own movie theater

I’d like to open my own digital movie theatre that features foreign and obscure films.

I am looking at starting a Discount Movie Theater and am looking for as much help and “directional arrows” for resources that will help in this endeavor.

I am very open to suggestions, concerns, and advice…etc.

Our town has a small theater that closed recently when a big chain theater openend in the same zip code. I’m interested in opening the old theater as a business that shows classic or non-new release films on the big screen once again. Not sure how to start or the legalities. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

please send me all info necessary to start and open a movie theater. legal and financial especially.

A second-run discount movie house by day, cult movies at night, and maybe even classic films. Kids movies on saturdays. It would be paradise, but i don’t even know where to start.
