I don’t normally go on Monday, but I went today because of the holiday later this week. Everyone else had the same idea. I did more jogging and other exercises than laps, but I was able to do a half mile.

It’s been a busy summer, but I finally made it back to the pool this morning. I didn’t swim laps much (too much catching up with the other pool people) but I exercised for almost two hours.
