Now the proud owner of not 1 but 2 prs of glasses:
It’s a hassle having the 2prs and having to switch between the two but the Transition option just didn’t work out for me unfortunately.
Hopefully, that’s something I can try again with success in the future.
It’s certainly good to be able to see what’s ahead of me with a little less fuzzy-wuzzy-ness and to be able to read again, without straining the eyes.

This ageing thing really isn’t fun at times!
Yesterday I collected one of the two new pairs of glasses I now need.
1. Reading/PC Transitional Lens glasses – lovely new Lacoste frames and better still, I CAN READ properly! YAY!
2. The next step…straight distance lens. Just hope I can determine who’s who til then? lol 20 months ago

In approx. 3hrs I’ll hopefully be seeing everything in a different light – a clearer and sharper light. 3rd time lucky – fingers crossed the new glasses are right! 20 months ago

Well, it appears I’ve been struggling to see more than I even realised!
My new Optometrist was bemused at my efforts to cope with the prescription I’ve been blurring my way with for the most part of a year. After my test was done, she reported that I’m just 2 letters off being legal to drive!!!!
So, the new prescription is sorted – just gotta frame it all up now and quick smart.
lol, no wonder last week’s date looked so good!22 months ago
