I lost alotta fat and now I have some loose skin, especially around my stomach. Ideally, I want to look in the mirror and see a ripped 6 pack. It can happen. Oh yes… it can.
Food is such a weakness of mine, my love for the fast and the greasy is killing me. Put on a bit over Chinese New Year and then my parent’s anniversary and birthdays, then my birthday… Gah.
I know it’s excuses, but dieting down really sucks!
Trying really hard to stick with a sort of diet, but me being the non-planning kind of person, I keep falling off the wagon.
Gotta get down to 120 lbs by May, dieting down with my fighter boys, I’m currently 127.6. Oh shoot me.
Training Muay Thai when I can has really helped, am down a couple pounds. Now I’m just left with the last 5 pounds that refuse to budge no matter how hard I work.
Gotta tighten up the food end, that’s for sure.
I’ve been doing hard work outs 6 days a week. Started with Body for Life and then developed a customized plan that is ramped up. Seeing results, but it’s a long process. Just need to work on the food end and then I’ll see more progress.
I had a setback recently – my knee started bothering me. Its a result of starting to run. My endurance is outpacing my bodys ability to adapt. The good news is that I figured out a way to mitigate the problem. Orthotics or shoe sole inserts! They work wonders. Im still not back up to the 2 miles of running I was doing before, but Im doing 1 mile of runnning, and if it goes well, I will increase back to 2 soon. My friend says I have a naughty body. Cute eh? Its getting naughtier – Ive been running now for a month and its really helped my goal of leaning out. Im going to try combining the running with weight training. Look out here I come!
