Get a Bernese Mountain Dog

Our bernese mountain dog is the best!!!!

I opted for a golden doodle…...very cute, smart, and adorable. Plus when he matures he will make a great running companion. His name is Duke.

I finally found a Bernese breeder who seems reputable but she is back East and her puppies are $1800. I could get a horse for the same price. I don’t know how I am ever going to talk my husband into this.

Thought I actually almost had a puppy but the female didn’t take so the search is on again…..

I am getting very close to this ” goal ”. I have now narrowed down a breeder and they will know whether or not they will have puppies available in the next week.

I had a discussion with my husband tonight…..after a bottle of nice red wine. He said…..I quote..” if you really want another dog just go and get one ”...... you are all now witnesses to this. Tomorrow, first thing I am going to look in the paper and if there are any puppies I am going to make the call and buy…..ta da….

I sent an enquiry in to as breeder today. Am waiting to hear back. My husband is going to kill me.

This is the year of the new puppy. As soon as we move I am going out and getting a new dog. Scarlett my lab needs a buddy and I just came across her papers and she is going to be 10 this October ! Where has the time gone ? It’s the perfect time to get another dog.

I just gave my doggy woggy a big huge pat and I really think she wants a friend. I am going to start researching breeders in our area and go out and surprise my family with a puppy in the Spring.

Next to chocolate labs these dogs are my all time favorites. I have been begging my husband for one for the last two or three years. I have finally decided…..I am an adult ! I am in charge of myself ! I am going to go out and buy one !
