perform music again

It’s been a long couple of years since I was performing, and I really need to get back into it. I love to sing, and I hate not doing it. I want to join a local choir or musical ensemble, and take it from there!

When I was in high school, I was absolutely fearless, I’d get up on stage and belt it out – I even sang the national anthem at graduation! But after college started, I had the world’s harshest choir teacher – he gave me solos, I did well, but I got so nervous about making a mistake it wasn’t fun anymore.

I really need to get back to singing.

I’m now in a band with a couple of mates, we’re called Magnetic Four, and we’re playing our first gig in September!
