Learn Astral Projection

If you check his profile on LULU you can see the other books and it can teach you how to Astral Project trust me he is very good and its better than any other book on that type of stuff he teaches it very not so complicated like those other books!

when i tried i was laying down in a quiet place where noone else is i relaxed my muscles and tried closed my eyes and just layed there it took me about 30 min i got a littl scared because i felt this vibration my body was going through, but i knew i had to ignore it i felt some of my arms going a little numb i felt like it was off my arm and my body was exiting but then i stopped out of fear

holy crap, i was freaking close yesterday night. I was listening to some binaural beat helper to project and it was going pretty good, i got that feeling i usually get when relaxed: feeling strangely whole, like a balloon about to float as filled up with helium. So, that feeling smae as usual and than i felt a jolt in my leg, and i knew that was a sign of getting close. i began to say to myself that ‘im a balloon. im whole. im a balloon. im whole…” and there were some noises of talking (not from the track), my brain began to tingle and saw some moving mist-like forms and light came through my closed eyelids. my heart beat rate rocketed. And i think i got scared. my conscious knows that theres nothing to be afraid of, but this feeling…this was entirely new.
tonight i’ll try again. At least ive got a starting point- that “whole-feeling” must be the thing to try with further on.

I’d really love to learn to astral travel and i’ll try and commit everything in order to do so- i want to speak to my guardian, i want to visit smarter beings than i am, i want to learn everything i can, i want to learn a possibility to see the Sense in life.
I want to learn that there is no reason to be afraid for we are watched.

i been learning bout astral traveling for a long time now and wanna know exactly how to do it and wouldn’t mind doing it within like 2 weeks if possible and if anyone could help me out, please leave a comment and we’ll talk further

Okay, this is for a reason, I can’t put anywhere, but, I need to learn to astral project so I can contact a dear friend and partner, that I feel may need me right now! Can anyone help me?

brentley’s going to bring me a book down when he comes here bout astral projection :) he says i need to work on meditation.

i tried to find a book on this the other day, instead i found this book called what the bleep do we know? and it’s based on this documentary and i didn’t get the chance to REALLY read it, but i think that if i read it first maybe i’ll hvae a better idea of the physics of astral projection.

i could really use this like now. NOW!! i need to meditate so that i don’t feel so tired.

this would be so cool. i will go to the library tomorrow and see what i can find on it!
