    I did stretch today, but I missed out on Thursday and Friday. Still not a daily habit…

    So I didn’t stretch today per se, but I did a yoga class, and I think that’s good enough for a completion on this today.

    I got up and did my routine this morning in a nice display of togetherness, and I rolled out my yoga mat to do some stretching. I don’t know how long it’s been since I stretched, but I think not doing this has begun to affect the quality of my days – I could really tell a difference in how I was feeling when I was keeping up with this.

    Today is my recommitment to this goal. I intend to stretch every day this week.

    I did stretch today. It was a nice one, especially after my long run today.

    Jog early, stretch late 1 month ago

    I have stopped stretching before runs, which means I have got to find a time to stretch sometime after the run. Yesterday, I left it until just before bedtime, which was a nice way to wind down my day, but I think I will get today’s stretch in before I leave the house. So, this isn’t quite a habit yet.

    Tomorrow is a yoga day, so I think that counts as my stretching for that day.

    I have done my stretching for the day. It doesn’t take much to feel a whole lot better. I don’t yet have a daily time for this, but so far, what I’m doing is working.

    I got up and stretched this morning, and it was nice. Next time I should get up, stretch, and go DO something!

    Lately I’ve been very lazy with stretching. And I noticed the results yesterday when I went on a youga class. Auch, it was painful and I felt so bad… I guess I shouldn’t stress over it, I’ll become better and beter at it over time, but I want to feel good so I’ll try to stretch more.
