but I did stretch out my calf muscles while I was waiting for my wife after work. There was a step, so I got to it! Only a small thing, but felt good afterwards.
Am enjoying 43 things but have realised I am good at defining my goals, but terrible at actually working on any of them. Am going to have to get serious, or abandon altogether I think. sigh.
How does everyone track their daily progress on so many goals? Do you write an entry against each, or do you have a master goal where you track what you did each day across all goals? 18 months ago

I learned some stretches when I was in Physical Therapy. I also re-read my 1st entry of “stretch every day”. Most of stretches I learned in PT are also in the list from the article I mentioned in my 1st entry of “stretch every day”
I am more disabled than I was 5 years ago. Yet, all of the stretches listed in the article are still doable to me. I feel good about the gentle burn I feel while doing these stretches. 20 months ago
How I did it: Every day, I exercise and I incorporate stretching into my exercise routine. It makes a big difference in how I feel and how I move. How I did it: I used to be insanely flexible when I was a kid, and I was horrified a few months ago when I realized I could no longer touch my toes. Obviously this goal has helped! I put aside half an hour or so every night, and it makes me feel so much better about my day. I am now determined to do the splits - something I haven't tried in at least five years.
