How I did it: I've been training for a triathlon, and stretching has been a necessary part of it, because believe me you feel it when you don't! On days that I was resting, I'd still try to make time for it. Read how I did it…
How I did it: You just have to make yourself stretch every day. After about two weeks, it's become a habit for me. Other than that, there really isn't anything to it! Read how I did it…

How I did it: i took dance classes for approximately ten years, unfotunately after a while i was no longer able to afford the classes, costumes, you get it, we're in a recession. ANYWAY my mom had told me that i should make it important to stay in shape because my body was used to so much physical activity, so i have a mini-work out routine that i do in the morning and before i go to bed which involves stretching and splits, at first its annoying … Read how I did it…

How I did it: I decided stretching daily would make me feel better and solve a lot of my problems. I observed women at the gym and took part in some personal fitness classes at school - I also read about good ways to to stretch online. It didn't take much time at all to figure out the basics and try them out. The first week was a bit tough, just remembering to do it. But I fell right into the groove of things in no time at all. I don't necessarily exer… Read how I did it…

Daily until the new year for the habit to become ingrained and I can count this as “done”. By then I’m hoping I’ll do it every day out of routine rather than having to think about it.

I did stretch today, but I missed out on Thursday and Friday. Still not a daily habit…

So I didn’t stretch today per se, but I did a yoga class, and I think that’s good enough for a completion on this today.

I stretched today, and it was a good thing. Goal met for the day!
germander It's hard to make myself run FEWER miles
I got up and did my routine this morning in a nice display of togetherness, and I rolled out my yoga mat to do some stretching. I don’t know how long it’s been since I stretched, but I think not doing this has begun to affect the quality of my days – I could really tell a difference in how I was feeling when I was keeping up with this.
Today is my recommitment to this goal. I intend to stretch every day this week.

I did stretch today. It was a nice one, especially after my long run today.
germander It's hard to make myself run FEWER miles
I have stopped stretching before runs, which means I have got to find a time to stretch sometime after the run. Yesterday, I left it until just before bedtime, which was a nice way to wind down my day, but I think I will get today’s stretch in before I leave the house. So, this isn’t quite a habit yet.
Tomorrow is a yoga day, so I think that counts as my stretching for that day.
germander It's hard to make myself run FEWER miles
I have done my stretching for the day. It doesn’t take much to feel a whole lot better. I don’t yet have a daily time for this, but so far, what I’m doing is working.
