did this every morning for the past 3 or 4 days. this morning i didn’t complete my routine, but at least i did something. this is also a great way to start the day and get myself thinking about my posture.

As lying on a slack rope is an easy balance tick,it is possible to do stretching.

so i always have time to watch teevee – why on earth aren’t i stretching whilst i’m in front of it?

I’m working on it. I just started the other day… so far so good. I’m already noticing some of my flexibility returning. I’m also starting to work out again. Usually those two go hand in hand for me. Stay tuned..

but I need to start getting into the habit. I exercise regularly and eat fairly well, but need to stretch! I feel stiff and creaky far too frequently! drinking water is the other good thing I am doing in order to feel well.

No matter how healthy I am, or how much I exercise, my hamstrings are always tight. Since the post-workout stretch is the best part, I figure it’s a good daily goal.

I would think this would be a much better way to start the day than laying lifeless in bed hitting the snooze button as many times as i can before i ABSOLUTELY have to get up. Perhaps I’d feel a little better. Hell, it’s worth a shot at the very least.

I put out a large blanket and sat on it and started stretching!
I did it for about ten minutes.
