holidays ruin diets…
i will eat healthier .. and i do eat alot of fruit
but i know that i should be cuttin back on junk food.
i will improve this.
still eating plentty of fruit :D

ive been eating heaps more fruit .. and that will continue as summer comes up :D
ive tried this goal many times before..
but ive noticed its easier if you dont think so much about it..
im not doin this as much as i could be…
but ive been choosing fruit before junk food..
hopefully ill continue with this
struggled with this goal this weekend.
if i really want to achieve this goal i know i have to focus.
its always easy to open up a packet of chips, or just finish that last piece of cake in the fridge.
but i want to stop gicing into temptations because i know in the end the outcome will make me feel healthier and more energized.
i find myself constanly choosing the bad options over the healthier ones when it comes to food.
the worst time, is after school.
instead of eating fruit, i browse the cupboard for something chocolate or ‘unhealthy’.
this part of the day is definetly my worst and i think if i cut back on this afternoon snack id be doing myself a favour.
i want to stop eating junk food and go for the healthy alternitaves
whenever i can.
