I was out with my friends that day. On a downtown street we saw a girl with a snake and a boy with a reptile, the ones you can take photos with. My friend came closer and started to pet the snake. I was scared at first, but I decided to do it too. I never thought I could touch the snake, since I was really afraid. I’m not any more and I finally know how a snake’s skin feel. lol 17 months ago

On our just completed trip to Malaysia we went to the animal enclosure near KL Tower. I was offered the chance to handle a relatively small snake. I did it and survived. It is genuinely a creepy feeling. I was then offered to handle a large python I thought once was daring enough (18/07/10). 19 months ago

How I did it: I was taken to a nature camp from school. Here we were shown many different snakes, and were asked to touch an eight month python. I was scared in the beginning but thrilled at the end. It was a great experience. At least I don't fear snakes any more! Read how I did it… 3 years ago

I touched a snake this morning at the local reptile centre. It was a python of some sort i think.
They’re surprisingly warm and smooth.. and very muscley! 4 years ago

My hands would always smell bad afterwards. It was fun to scare the girly-girls, but not worth the awful smell. 5 years ago

It’s simply like touching silk. Feeling the weight of a snake on your shoulder is one of the greatest things in the world! 5 years ago
