1. If it’s to study, and you have permission, buy a caffeinated drink. Red Bull, preferably.
2. If it’s for fun and you have permission, then get yourself prepared. (Get a DS, laptop, TV, anything that’s interesting. NOT boring newsshows and stuff.)
3. If there’s someone with you, have a rule. Whoever starts dozing off first won’t do anything. The people that are awake pinch, shake, poke, or do anything that will make the person alert. I, personally, like to use cold wet rags. That will make the person jump up. Lol it’s also REALLY funny.
4. If you DON’T have permission, turn the fan on or air conditioning. That will cover the sounds you make.
5. If you’re planning on sneaking around, well, wear dark clothes and make sure they’re extra tight so there’s no noises of your thighs rubbing together. NO BLUE JEANS!!!
They’ll make unnecessary noises.

New Isabella is thinking it's time for reviewing my goals again...
...and fell asleep until 1am, and I’ve been up ever since. My alarm clock just went off, and now I’m yawning and wanting to climb back into bed. But I’m going to try staying up today, so I can get back on schedule by tomorrow. I did get about 6 hours of sleep yesterday evening, and yet I’m feeling very sleep-deprived right now.

Last night at a sleep over, with my two cousins and my bro, I stayed up all night. At a quarter past 3 am, I remembered that I had to do my paper route tomorrow, early in the morning. So I had completely forgotten about that, and I didn’t have an alarm clock with me to wake me up at 7 am. So, I watched tv until 4:30am, with my cousin, then I walked home and wrapped my news papers. It was still pitch dark outside so I had to wait an hour for the sun to rise. I passed the time by drawing and watching some random show on tv about mummies. It’s 9:02 am right now, and I’m not too tired yet. I plan on staying awake until bed time tonight :)

I’ve tried this a dozen times but I ALWAYS fall asleep. Once I made it till 6 am, then BOOM! I sat on the couch and the next thing I knew, I woke up and it was 9o’clock!
O Man! I was so close! I should just do it and get it over with!! But then I have that fear that I’ll be too tired to work tomorrow or something. I don’t know what to do.

I have stayed up all night before I went once all around the clock 2day’s straight with no sleep but every night I go to sleep at 5am I don’t know why I just do, but it is not fun the next day you feel sick and gross and your stomach herts idk why
