How I did it: I did a little at a time. I would choose projects that I could carry with me and work on at school pick ups, the kids' practices, etc. I searched through tons of blogs to find easy and quick gifts that I could make. I knitted scarves and hats (I'm just starting to knit) and did a few cross stitched items, as well as my new love, embroidery.
