i am training to be a contortionist,and for people thinking about starting, contortion is serious and you should probably get a proffesional trainer, if you dont do it properly,you can really hurt yourself,you can possibly go to a gymnastics centre or sumfin, and you really need strength,it is easier to be strong and get flexible, than being flexible and trying to get strong
