i am training to be a contortionist, if you are wanting to be one, i wud suggest a pro trainer, if you dont do it properly you can seriously injure yourself, also it isnt just about flexibility,its strength and control,and balance it is easier to be strong and get flexi, than be flexi and get strong.

I’ve been practicing contortion for about 1 1/2 months and have really improved. You should go to learncontortion.com. It really helps. There’s people who give you advice and everything. i was doing a backbend while working out yesterday. thought i would use my new yoga mat i got for x-mas. apperently its a little slick. i feel and cracked my head on the wood floor. i’m assumeing it was the mat and not me cause i’ve never fallen before.
very nice.
oh well.
off to workout some more. but not on that mat.
i’ve been stretching for about 2 months now and i’m really improving! i pulled a muscle so i cant stretch for about the next week or so.
