As I type this, it’s already 3am. Having a young child and getting to bed this late is not working for me. The fact that I do not have my heart and soul on the weekends (due to his work schedule) does not make the matter any easier to deal with. My goal is to go to sleep 30 minutes earlier each night, until I get to a reasonable time. 8 months ago

I’ve still been getting to bed so late. Last night I had a light dinner and got to bed not too late (not that early either). Then I had to get up and have a snack as my stomach was rumbling!
