I weighed yesterday and came in at 89 point something… under nintety… and that was the middle of the day, after a meal, fully dressed and with my big clumpy shoes on.

Yesterday was such a big day in certain respects, I sort-of let this one go. Went to a curry house for tea, and half-way through I knew I should have stopped, but didn’t. So today’s weight was 90.5
The really good thing is that a huge blowout like that and I’m still below my weight of a week ago. That’s really not bad, is it?
Despite having 1000 CALORIES OF CHOCOLATE last night (as part of the Bath Like A Big Girlie goal), this morning my weight was 90.0 so I’m still there! Woo!
Tomorrow is the big day. I must still be under 90. What do we think? I’ve been to the gym tonight, so I might actually put some weight on with muscles retaining water. We’ll have to see…

Oops! Shouldn’t have had lunch and dinner at the pub yesterday. I tried to pick the least bad food I could, and think I succeeded, but still… a weight gain and I’m over my target…
