it was beautiful.

I live on the ground floor of a 4 story apartment building. I don’t have much of a view from my unit, but the roof is great!

This year I watched the 4th of July fireworks, lunar eclipse, and the Aurigid meteor shower from my roof.

The only other time I’ve been on a roof was at my friends old house, where you could climb out her brothers window onto it and then throw yourself off onto their giant trampoline.

Now this seems like the best option of something to do on a roof, since the trampoline is long gone

Only took about two months, but it’s entertaining. Not gonna lie.

Id love to do this with Josh and I could also pack us a flippin sweet picnic lunch complete with fondue (of course haha) and then I Icould also have a rooftop picnic (which is also on my to-do list) and then I can kill two birds with one stone haha

I live in Minnesota. It’s the tail end of February.

Cold.

But it should be like, forty degrees tomorrow, so hopefully by Friday I can select this as ‘done’.

I am an avid sunset gazer, many will tell you this. There is nothing in the world more captivating. Most nights, I go outside and watch the sun fade over the horizon. I am put into some kind of hypnotic trance by all of the brilliant colors. Add a pretty girl to the mix and you have one….perfect….evening.

ive got plenty of friends and they have great roofs, so all i have to do now is wait for the summer ;)
