    I started by taking Bendryl religiously and then dialing it back until my body started making it’s own antihistamine. Eventually there was no reaction triggered at all. 5 years later and I’m still allergy free.

    I’m not anymore though. I think I’ve grown immune to cat dander or whatever makes people allergic to them.
