How I did it: Bought a package. Went to a reputable hospital and had a qualified dermatologist doctor do it, rather than a nurse. I might try again in another area. Read how I did it…

How I did it: My mother had a $300 off coupon for a treatment and she went to have a consultation. She came back and told me all about it saying that they happened to be having a sale and it would only cost me $1,000 for my upper lip, my chin and between my eyebrows. I used part of my student loan for that. WOOPS! I am pretty happy with the results so far. I am probably half way done with my treatments. I have to shave the area maybe once every other d… Read how I did it…

it went really good, i have my second appointment now, and i am very happy with the first results. There is far less hair then it was before, the procedure seems to work better for me then for most, so i am really really happy

I especially want to get this laser hair removal on my bikini line. Shaving my legs and armpits every other day doesn’t bother me so much. I mean I could get laser hair removal there too, but given how expensive it is it’s not necessary right now. But the bikini line? Just nothing is a good solution there. Waxing is expensive at the salon (and I tried to do waxing at home, believe me, not a lot of fun… I did it on my legs and I ended up with the wax stuck on my legs… and of course it was wax that can’t be removed with water, otherwise it’s just not as funny), and you have to do it every month. Shaving is pretty much horrible. You get ingrown hair and you scratch. It’s really difficult to scratch your bikini line without looking weird. I just want to get laser hair removal and get it over with.
uninhibited Im reflecting on how quickly my kids have grown up!!!
This goal goes along with looking good in a bathing suit.
Today I went to my nail appointment. They look awesome, fresh, and sparkly! That’s besides the point. While I was waiting I looked at laser hair removal prices. I forgot the pamphlet that I wrote on in the waiting room. It looks like it would be much easier to save up for and work with the prices than implants, another thing on my list. Here they are:
underarms: $200/treatment. $200X3=$600 (three treatments is the minimum required. I will most likely need twice as many treatments due to my super coarse hair but these are prices to start out with)
bikini line: same as above. $200/treatment. $600/3 treatments.
thigh: $550/treatment. $1650/3 treatments.
lower leg $550/treatment. $1650/3 treatments.
Those are just estimate prices. Exact prices would be given during consultation. I also want to get other things done which were not listed but price would be given upon consultation: lower arms, upper arms are low priority b/c the hair is barely visible, stomach, chest, lower back, upper and lower lip, chin.
foxyboxing needs to buy some elasticated pants.
hurt way less than the first time. apparently, there are already less follicles to electrocute. still weird having someone pay that much attention to my crotch area that i’m not romantically involved with… but, the awkwardness is totally worth the result. 4 more to go.
