It’s coming; I know that. I’m just anxious and definitely impatient. I only have a little while longer until I’m able to enter the program

How I did it: By juggling stuff, and working on top of studying, and by getting stressed out! Also, having a something to aim for really helped - I knew where I wanted to work and kept trying to picture myself there, as a real OT! Read how I did it…

well, not too bad – I’m definately not the youngest but I’m not the oldest either. I don’t know why that’s important to me, but it is.
A lot of reading, though – I better start.
To make the fall semester a bit more bearable, they offered one of the classes this summer. So in a couple of weeks, I’ll be a student – again!
I have been an O.T. for 13 years. I can honestly say that it has been such a fulfilling and versatile career. Who knew it would suit me so well when I chose this path as an 18 year old!
i just got accepted into a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, so give me four or so years and i should be all good! but at least i am heading in the right direction now.
After deciding 2 year ago to set forth on this goal.. after 1 1/2 years of taking the prerequisite classes.. I rec’d my acceptance letter yesterday! School starts Fall 07 – I’m excited (and scared! could I possibly do any MORE things?)
Still – yippee!
I don’t know why but now that I’ve completed all the prerequisites (took me a year and a half), I can’t bring myself to apply. I got so used to work towards just the application itself, I find myself stunned that this might actually become a reality. And that scares me!
.. I still have about 16 hrs of observation hours to do still. I should be able to finish that by next month. Application due Oct 15th!
