I have been on a weight loss program for the past4 months and have managed to lose 17 pounds so far. I only have that 10 more to go, and I will be super happy.
...& just be. i didn’t push it. i’ve just been careful. technically, i’m still in the fluctating mode, but keeping under 150 was the main goal, so i’m cool with it. now, to start working out so that my thighs & ass look the way i want them to!
and yes, these are the hardest – it’s so strange, but i grab a bag of cookies thinking, oh well, i can get rid of the 5 pounds anytime, but of course i won’t if i don’t readjust my thinking, so it’s time to do that!
there is a chance that I will want to lose more once I reach my goal, but I’ll wait until then to find out
so i’ve hit the milestone and now have got to get my ass up and work at it.tips would be much apprieciated.
