finish my paintings

Started a new one too

I think 130 days is not enough for me to finish all my paintings , I have noooooo free time at the moment , i hope i can reach this goal!

ive just got too many unfinished ones just laying around.

My great great grandma, great grandma, grandma 9on my mum’s side) and my mum have all had exceptional creative talent, particularly with landscapes and still life of local flora and fauna. My nana (dad’s side) was also incredibly talented and I long to be as good as them. Unfortunately I’m not disciplined enough to make time to finish or get started on my paintings! Need to learn some tips on this!

So the flexible target totally failed. Have progressed somewhat on the paintings but nowhere near as much as I would have liked to. A lot of painting on and scraping off has been happening. Not going to give myself a deadline here. It’ll be finished when its finished.

I need to get these done. They are birthday presents. For a 40th and a 31st. The preliminary underpainting is done on both of them but I need to really crack on with the major work of getting them finished.

I’m going to give myself a flexible target of around 3 weeks for each one.
