How to attend a japanese tea ceremony

How I did it: They hold tea ceremonies at the local Japanese garden in a tea house. A friend of mine signed us up and we went. It was only 1/2 hour and they explained everything they were doing. It was nice, but learning to be a proper guest at one would be neat too!
Lessons & tips: Be ready to take your shoes off. Wear clothes that are appropriate to bow in on your knees
