publish my cookbook

I’ve got all the parts I need. I’ve got the publishing software, I’ve picked most of the recipes, but I’m stuck trying to figure out how much detail to provide, how to write them up and if pictures of the steps should be included or just a picture of the cooked meal.

I have put this cookbook together of odds and ends since I was in college and needed to know my mom’s recipes so I could eat something other than pizza in my first apartment! It’s now 7 years later and I have a huge binder filled with recipes…most that I’ve tried and love and some others that are tagged “to try.” It feels like I’m preserving history, many of these recipes came from my grandmother and great-grandmother, and now my mother-in-law and her mother and her grandmother too! I get asked for recipes all the time and one day I’d like to be able to share them with everyone (and making a little cash would be nice too).
