never EVER drink or smoke

so much for that. i’m dumb.

i came so close to not keeping this goal last night. it was bad. and cops were involved so im really glad i didn’t do anything wrong but i still need encouragement to stick with this. help.

I’ve been tee-total for a complete year and I want to keep this up =]

i totally hate alcohol, because my sis went into spasms and almost died and now she is in detox, but she doesn’t want to quit.so i definetly never want to drink.and smoking is just nasty. this is a life long goal for me.

smoking, at least, and drinking is scary.
and my best friend can’t drink, heart things run in her family.
so if she’s not drinking then i would feel like a doof.
besides, it’s totally dumb. and smoking is still gross.

I’ve never smoked or done drugs. I never plan to.

I want to live a long time.

this is a life long goal i wish to keep forever
