i have just gone from a 0.6 to a 6 mm dont lisen to what people say , thair is no correct or incorrrect way of doing it . the best way is to take it slow , but others say get it other and done with .
i went from a 0.6 to a 6 in like 1 hour or so just take the pain , it hurts i will be honest , but i have had no blod or no proplems unlees im just lucky .

Its definetly worth doing but hurts quite a bit all you need to do is get a normal peircing then get a stretching kit and just stick it through.

it is worth doin. i went from normall earing size to six mil then form 6 to 8 i bought all those stretchers til i jus started using stuff around the house. now i have 26 mil in both ears and they are the silicon holes. they are awsum

if u do it too quick u have a blow out. so im doin it well slow…...blowouts r were the ear lobe splits into two…...not pretty….....it will look amazin wen its done

Mine’s 6mm -i must have had mine done about 2 or 3 years ago…can’t remember exactly but i decided to do it cos it was something different. I knew a couple of people that had it done so i asked them and shops that sold them for advice.. It really isn’t as painful as everyone thinks, but you MUST do it slowly..DON’T RUSH IT i definately rushed mine a bit too much. got to like 4mm in about a week so that’s definately not recommended..Also remember to clean it if it’s newly err done..just clean it if you change it or whatever. Oh and if your friends ask you to take it out (if it’s a spike) don’t do it too often cos it can get infected. (don’t do it if you’ve just had your ears pierced)
