So in summary, moveflat good, spareroom good, craigslist good. Flatmateclick and easyroommate less good – because you have to pay for the useful stuff – at least Loot is honest about the service you get the others – don’t tell you about the truth until too late – after you have filled everything in. Still “Caveat Emptor” I suppose :-(

She seems very nice and down to earth – we had a long chat yesterday about the mechanics of her living here and everything seemed pretty good. We shall have to see. Need another flat mate soon though. Hmmm – I will have to consider other sites…
